Risk Disclosure
⚠ Critical Notice: Trading financial instruments, even in a simulated environment, carries substantial risk. The subscription fees you pay are at risk. There is no guarantee that you will pass our evaluation or receive a funded account. Please read this entire disclosure before subscribing to any Vessal plan.
All trades are synthetic — no real market execution
Monthly fees are non-refundable if evaluation is failed
Past performance does not predict future results
Vessal does not provide investment recommendations
1. Simulated & Synthetic Trading Environment
Vessal provides a simulated/synthetic trading environment. This means:
- All trades executed on our platform are simulated and do not interact with real financial markets, exchanges, or liquidity providers
- No real capital is at risk during the evaluation or funded phases of our program
- Market data used in our simulation may be real-time, delayed, or synthetically generated and may not perfectly reflect actual market conditions
- Simulated fills, slippage, and execution speeds may differ significantly from real market conditions
- The performance you achieve in a simulated environment may not be replicable in live market trading
2. Risk of Subscription Loss
When you subscribe to a Vessal evaluation plan, you should understand:
- Your monthly subscription fee ($50, $70, or $90) is at risk and is generally non-refundable
- The majority of participants do not pass the evaluation on their first attempt
- Failed evaluations require a reset (1 free per 24 hours) or continued subscription to try again
- There is no guarantee that you will ever pass the evaluation, regardless of how many months you subscribe
- You should only subscribe with funds you can afford to lose without impacting your financial wellbeing
Do not subscribe if losing the monthly subscription fee would cause financial hardship. Trading evaluations are challenging by design, and most participants require multiple attempts.
3. No Guarantee of Funded Account
Passing the evaluation and receiving a funded account is contingent on:
- Meeting the 7% profit target within the evaluation period
- Not breaching the 6% trailing drawdown limit
- Not breaching the 3% daily loss limit
- Complying with all trading rules and prohibited strategy restrictions
- Successfully passing Vessal's review and audit process
Even after passing the evaluation, Vessal reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke funded status at its sole discretion if rule violations, suspicious activity, or prohibited strategies are detected.
4. Past Performance Disclaimer
Past performance is not indicative of future results. This applies to:
- Performance statistics, trader testimonials, and payout amounts displayed on our website or marketing materials
- Your own historical trading performance on our platform or elsewhere
- Any backtesting, demo trading, or simulated results you have achieved previously
- The performance of any trading strategy, system, or methodology
The fact that a trader has been profitable in our simulated environment does not mean they will continue to be profitable in the future, nor does it indicate potential results in real market trading.
5. Not Financial Advice
Vessal is not a financial advisor, broker, investment firm, or registered trading entity. We do not:
- Provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial planning services
- Make personalized investment recommendations based on your financial situation
- Guarantee any specific returns, profits, or trading outcomes
- Act as a broker or intermediary for real market transactions
- Hold client funds for investment or trading purposes
Any educational content, market commentary, or trading tools provided on our platform are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any real investment decisions.
6. Psychological & Emotional Risks
Trading — even simulated — can have significant psychological effects:
- The pressure of evaluation rules may cause stress, anxiety, or emotional decision-making
- Repeated failed evaluations may lead to frustration or overtrading
- Simulated profits may create unrealistic expectations about real-market trading potential
- The subscription model may incentivize continued spending beyond your means
We encourage responsible use of our platform and recommend taking breaks if you experience adverse psychological effects from trading.
7. Technology & Platform Risks
Our platform relies on technology that is subject to:
- Server downtime, maintenance windows, and unexpected outages
- Internet connectivity issues that may affect trade execution
- Data feed delays or interruptions from third-party providers
- Software bugs or errors that may impact account calculations
Vessal is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control. We recommend maintaining your own trade records as a backup.
8. Regulatory Notice
Vessal operates as a technology and subscription services company. We are not:
- A registered broker-dealer with any financial regulatory authority
- A registered investment advisor
- A futures commission merchant (FCM)
- An introducing broker (IB)
- A commodity trading advisor (CTA)
Our services are subscription-based access to simulated trading software and performance-based reward programs. We do not solicit or accept funds for trading on financial markets.
